Job description:

Manager Operations – Financial Services will be responsible for;

• Client Relationship Management, Team/People Management, Handle Internal/External Audits and
• Inspections from the Regulators.
• Ensure timely and effective reporting to the Regulators, Clients and Senior Management.
• Build firm control over the Financial Applications’ Operations.
• Conduct and Lead the Ops team in Product Testing (SIT, UAT, Prod) as per the direction of HOD
• Oversee and manage the Settlement and Dispute Handling Mechanism and Processes.

Requirement:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor in Computer Science or Finance or Banking.
• Age Limit: 28 years to 32 years

Experience:

• 4+ Years and must have banking operations experience
• Must have: Good understanding of ISO-8583, ISO-20022, Settlement Process, RTGS, PSO/PSP
• Operations, and RAAST, preferably from a Banking background.

Other Skills: Communicational Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving and Time Management skills.
